IT Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and organized IT Assistant to provide day‑to‑day technical support for staff, faculty, and students. The role involves maintaining computer hardware, software, network infrastructure, and audio‑visual equipment across the campus.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support for computer hardware, software, basic network infrastructure, and peripherals.
• Assist users with troubleshooting and technical inquiries.
• Set up, configure, and maintain office workstations, classrooms, and audio‑visual equipment.
• Manage software installations, updates, and system backups.
• Maintain inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of relevant IT support experience.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
