Internal Event Specialist

About the role

The Internal Event Specialist supports Service, Sales, Corporate and Marketing teams by coordinating online and in‑center events that engage students and prospects. The role aims to increase satisfaction and drive IR generation through well‑planned, executed, and reported events.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and oversee monthly events, including stakeholder meetings, venue coordination, and staff scheduling.
• Manage event assets, décor, and centre presentation to ensure welcoming environments.
• Control centre service budgets in collaboration with centre heads.
• Create and analyse surveys, compile feedback, and report findings to improve event effectiveness.
• Monitor event impact on IR generation and refine prospect targeting strategies.
• Conduct training sessions for staff to enhance event quality.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional ideas, social media activities and a monthly event calendar.
• Coordinate production of promotional materials and oversee design approvals.

Required profile

• Proven experience coordinating internal and external events.
• Ability to work closely with cross‑functional teams (Service, Sales, Corporate, Marketing).
• Strong organizational skills for managing logistics, budgets and event assets.
• Experience creating surveys, analysing feedback and reporting results.
• Capability to develop promotional content and collaborate with marketing stakeholders.
