Information Technology Support Officer

About the role

The Information Technology Support Officer will ensure the smooth operation of our computer hardware, software, networks and Microsoft 365 environment. You will act as the first line of technical support for employees, both on‑site and remotely, and contribute to the implementation of new IT projects.

Key responsibilities

• Install and configure computers, printers, scanners, operating systems and network devices.
• Monitor, maintain and troubleshoot computer systems and network infrastructure.
• Respond promptly to service requests and resolve technical issues for end‑users.
• Provide in‑person and phone support across the company.
• Repair or replace faulty equipment as needed.
• Test and evaluate new technologies.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business and Teams.
• Collaborate with identity‑management, network and hardware teams on cross‑functional projects.
• Apply networking and security best practices, including firewalls, VPNs and protocol management.
• Participate in planning and rollout of M365‑related IT projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certification in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• At least one year of experience managing Microsoft 365 environments.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Detail‑oriented with solid problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams).
• Hardware installation, configuration and repair.
• Network infrastructure knowledge, including firewalls, VPNs and common network protocols.
• Software installation, configuration and troubleshooting.
