About the role
The Human Resources Intern will support the HR team in day‑to‑day activities, gaining practical experience across key HR functions while working on‑site in Yangon.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment tasks such as screening applications and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain employee records and update internal databases and files.
- Help prepare HR documents and support onboarding processes.
- Assist with HR policy documentation and employee benefits administration support.
- Coordinate HR‑related communications and activities.
Required profile
- Foundational knowledge of Human Resources and HR Management.
- Currently studying or recently graduated in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
- At least 6 months to 1 year experience in talent acquisition.
- Ability to work on‑site in Yangon, collaborate with a team and maintain confidentiality.
Required skills
- Proficiency with MS Word and Excel.
- Comfort working with databases or HR systems.
