Human Resources Business Partner & GA Manager

About the role

The Human Resources Business Partner & GA Manager will work closely with Business Unit heads to align workforce strategies with Kalke Myanmar’s long‑term objectives. This role supports commercial, medical, regulatory and manufacturing functions while ensuring HR compliance across all sites.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with BU heads to integrate workforce plans with business goals.
• Participate in annual strategic planning and align HR initiatives with commercial, medical, regulatory and manufacturing functions.
• Lead retention programs, stay interviews and exit feedback loops to reduce turnover.
• Design and deliver learning and development programs focused on GMP, sales capabilities and leadership behaviours.
• Oversee a performance‑management cycle with KPIs tied to productivity, quality and compliance.
• Monitor HR policy compliance, update SOPs in line with labour law, GMP and EHS regulations.
• Plan and manage the HR & GA operational budget, covering manpower, welfare and administrative overheads.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in HR and GA operations.
• Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).
• In‑depth knowledge of Myanmar labour laws and regulations.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities, able to meet deadlines under pressure.
• Willingness to commute between the Thilawa and Yangon offices.

• Proficiency with HRIS and related HR software.
