HR Operations Manager

About the role

The HR Operations Manager will lead and manage all HR operational activities for Maxi Millions Trading Company Limited, a fast‑moving FMCG trading, distribution and retail business. Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, the role ensures effective workforce management, employee engagement and compliance across multiple business functions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day HR operations across Sales, Retail Operations, Warehouse & Logistics, Finance and Corporate functions.
• Develop, implement and continuously improve HR policies, procedures and operational workflows.
• Maintain accurate employee master data, HR documentation and personnel files.
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle – recruitment, onboarding, transfers, promotions, confirmations and separations.
• Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, headcount monitoring and manpower cost control.
• Support organisational restructuring and optimisation initiatives through data‑driven HR analytics.
• Handle employee relations matters, grievances, disciplinary cases and promote a positive work environment.
• Manage performance management processes, including probation reviews, annual evaluations and development planning.
• Ensure compliance with Myanmar labour laws and internal HR governance.
