HR Officer – Operations & Administration

About the role

We are looking for an HR Officer to support the Operations & Administration team in Yangon. The role involves maintaining employee records, assisting recruitment, and providing HR administrative support across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update the employee database and HR information accurately.
• Assist in recruitment activities such as job posting, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and onboarding.
• Maintain personnel files and ensure data accuracy.
• Prepare regular HR reports and statistics.
• Coordinate with internal departments on HR administrative matters.
• Support HR projects and perform other duties assigned by the HR Director.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Operations or general HR.
• Experience in HR database management and documentation.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and employee relations.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities with attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience using HR Information Systems (HRIS) – an advantage.
• Ability to manage HR databases and maintain accurate records.

• Competitive salary range of 6‑8 lakhs.
• Full‑time position with Monday‑Friday schedule and half‑day on Saturday.
