HR Executive – Full‑Cycle Recruitment & Employee Relations

About the role

We are seeking a proactive HR Executive to join O' Ze Marketing Agency in Yangon. The role will support the entire employee lifecycle, from attracting talent to fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment processes including screening, interviewing and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, leave management and HR documentation.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and contribute to internal culture programs.
• Coordinate performance review cycles and related HR processes.
• Assist in developing and updating HR policies, handling employee relations and day‑to‑day HR operations.
• Partner with management to address staffing needs as the agency grows.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of HR experience, preferably in a fast‑paced agency or creative environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and capable of handling confidential information.
• Positive, proactive attitude with genuine interest in people and culture.
