Hotel Manager – Drive Revenue & Operations in Myanmar

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Hotel Manager to take full ownership of our property in Nay Pyi Taw/Kalaw. You will be responsible for growing revenue, controlling costs, and delivering exceptional guest experiences while leading the entire resort operation.

Key responsibilities

• Drive top‑line financial growth through direct sales, corporate bookings and strategic pricing.
• Maximise occupancy rates across all seasons by implementing promotions and rate strategies.
• Manage Gross Operating Profit (GOP) by balancing income generation with disciplined cost control.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of all resort departments, ensuring smooth workflows.
• Supervise restaurant and bar operations, driving F&B revenue and controlling food costs.
• Ensure unforgettable, personalised guest experiences that generate 5‑star reviews.
• Build and maintain a motivated team, handling staff issues fairly and keeping turnover low.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hotel or resort management with a strong commercial focus.
• Ability to analyse financial statements, manage budgets and report directly to owners.
• Excellent leadership and people‑management skills.
• Customer‑centric mindset with a focus on delivering high‑quality service.
