Head of Sales – Digital Agency

About the role

Humology is seeking a dynamic Head of Sales to lead its commercial expansion across Vietnam, Cambodia, Malaysia and Myanmar. You will combine strategic leadership with hands‑on market development, driving revenue and building deep agency and client partnerships in fast‑growing digital economies.

Key responsibilities

• Own revenue growth in the assigned markets, building and closing a strong pipeline of opportunities.
• Develop and execute country‑specific go‑to‑market strategies aligned with regional priorities.
• Lead high‑value negotiations with agency groups and advertisers, ensuring Humology is embedded in media and performance plans.
• Build and maintain senior relationships with major holding companies and local agencies.
• Partner with brands active in gaming, video and influencer‑led campaigns, adapting to local agency trading models.
• Represent Humology at industry events, conferences and thought‑leadership forums.
• Gather market intelligence to shape local strategy and influence regional product development.
• Establish best practices, processes and commercial structures to support sustainable growth and future team expansion.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in digital media, adtech or programmatic sales with a proven commercial track record in‑market.
• Existing senior relationships across agency holding groups operating in Vietnam, Cambodia, Malaysia or Myanmar.
• Deep understanding of local media agency operations, budget allocation and vendor preferences.
• Strong consultative selling ability to explain complex solutions and drive adoption.
