Head of Rewards & Performance

About the role

Our client, a leading commercial bank, is seeking a strategic and analytical professional to lead the Rewards & Performance function. The Head of Rewards & Performance will design and institutionalise an integrated performance‑to‑reward framework that links compensation, performance management and workforce productivity to business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement enterprise‑wide performance management frameworks, KPIs, scorecards and rating methodologies.
• Lead performance calibration processes, ensure rating integrity and maintain transparent governance.
• Design and manage Business Performance Multiplier (BPM) and Individual Performance Multiplier (IPM) bonus frameworks.
• Create bonus pool allocation models aligned with business performance and individual contributions.
• Design salary structures, grading frameworks and conduct market benchmarking to ensure competitiveness and internal equity.
• Develop workforce cost and productivity models, monitor revenue per employee and support headcount governance.
• Build advanced financial models, dashboards and reporting tools for executive and board decision‑making.
• Provide strategic insights on reward trends, cost discipline and workforce effectiveness.

Required profile

• Proven experience in rewards, compensation or performance management within a large, complex organisation.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent understanding of compensation governance, market benchmarking and financial impact assessment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders.
