Head of Retail Operations

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and results‑driven Head of Retail Operations to lead all company‑owned retail shops and branches. The role focuses on driving sales growth, profitability, and operational excellence across the network.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations across all retail branches, ensuring compliance with company SOPs.
• Drive sales growth, revenue, and profitability while controlling inventory, stock, and operating costs.
• Monitor branch performance, prepare operational reports, and implement business improvement strategies.
• Lead, develop, and mentor Retail Shop Managers and their teams to maintain high standards of customer service, safety, and store presentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in retail operations or multi‑branch management.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Knowledge of sales management, inventory control, and cost management.

Required skills

• Experience in convenience stores, supermarkets, or fuel‑station retail operations (advantageous).
