Graphic Designer – Creative Marketing Role

About the role

The Graphic Designer will work within the Marketing team to create engaging visual content that supports the company’s marketing objectives and strengthens brand communication across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design visually appealing assets for ads, brochures, flyers, social media posts, websites, POSM and premium items.
• Develop and maintain brand identity elements such as logos, typography, colour palettes and other design assets.
• Collaborate with marketing colleagues to ensure visual content aligns with campaign goals and overall strategy.
• Manage several design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high‑quality work.
• Support the Marketing Manager with copywriting, editing and other ad‑hoc tasks.
• Stay current with design trends, new tools and changes in the marketing landscape.

Required profile

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and solid understanding of design principles including colour theory, typography, layout and composition.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative concepts that communicate the brand message effectively.
• Strong communication skills for teamwork, presenting ideas and incorporating feedback.
• Excellent time‑management and ability to prioritize multiple projects to meet deadlines.
• Keen eye for detail and commitment to adhering to brand guidelines.
• Adaptability to evolving project requirements, feedback and emerging design trends.
• Problem‑solving attitude to address design challenges and develop creative solutions.
