Creative Specialist Manager

About the role

ATOM is seeking a Creative Specialist Manager to lead the development of visual and conceptual work for its campaigns and brand initiatives. Based in Yangon, this full‑time position will ensure that all creative output aligns with the company’s brand and business goals while delivering a compelling data experience to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Define and guide creative direction and strategy for marketing and communication projects.
• Brief, coordinate, and collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other stakeholders.
• Oversee the end‑to‑end execution of creative assets across digital and offline channels.
• Manage projects from concept through delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
• Maintain consistent branding across all touchpoints and monitor creative performance.
• Provide feedback and continuously improve creative outputs based on data and audience insights.

Required profile

• Strong creative direction and strategy experience, with a proven ability to shape concepts and campaigns.
• Demonstrated expertise in branding, ensuring consistency and clarity across all touchpoints.
• Proficient project‑management skills, including planning, prioritisation, and coordination of multiple initiatives.
• Hands‑on graphic design capability and the ability to work closely with design teams.
• Relevant experience in marketing, advertising, or communications within a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to translate business objectives into clear creative briefs and actionable plans.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with an inclusive approach to teamwork.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in the telecom or digital services sector in Myanmar is a plus.
