Functional Consultant – Odoo ERP

About the role

We are looking for a Functional Consultant specialized in Odoo to work closely with customers and internal teams. The role involves analyzing business processes, translating requirements into functional designs, and supporting end‑to‑end ERP implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather functional requirements and analyse business processes.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications and design Odoo ERP solutions.
• Configure and implement Odoo modules such as Accounting, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, etc.
• Support the full ERP implementation lifecycle: configuration, testing, data migration, go‑live and post‑implementation support.
• Collaborate with technical developers to define customisations and ensure proper integration.
• Perform system testing, user acceptance testing and validation to meet business needs.
• Provide user training, documentation and change‑management support for smooth adoption.
• Assist customers in business process optimisation using Odoo best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration or Finance.
• Relevant certifications in Business, IT, Finance, Accounting or Project Management.
• At least 4 years of experience in ERP implementation, software development or business system administration.
• Strong problem‑solving, interpersonal and project‑management skills.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Odoo and business processes.
