Full Stack Developer (Mid & Senior Levels)

About the role

Code2Lab, a mobile and web technology company focused on innovative solutions for the food and beverage industry, is looking for two Full Stack Ruby on Rails developers in Yangon – one mid‑level (2‑4+ years) and one senior (5+ years). You will work on both backend and frontend features, maintain existing applications, and help ensure reliable production deployments.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and ship clean Ruby on Rails features and REST APIs.
• Build responsive front‑ends using React, Vue.js or Hotwire, and standard HTML/CSS/JS.
• Perform database migrations, write efficient PostgreSQL/MySQL queries, and handle data updates.
• Debug production issues from logs, troubleshoot server problems, and support deployments on Linux.
• For senior level: lead architecture decisions, optimise performance, mentor junior developers, and improve CI/CD, Docker, and AWS workflows.

Required profile

• Strong experience with Ruby on Rails and relational databases (PostgreSQL or MySQL).
• Comfortable working across the full stack – backend, frontend, database, and deployment tasks.
• Ability to collaborate in a team, follow coding standards, and use Git for version control.
• Mid‑level: 2‑4+ years of relevant experience; Senior: 5+ years.
