About the role
We are looking for motivated fresh graduates with a bachelor’s degree from a recognized foreign university to join our Management Trainee program. The role provides intensive, hands‑on experience in relationship management, corporate banking, and financial analysis within a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop expertise in relationship management with corporate clients.
- Assist in corporate banking operations and financial analysis tasks.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized foreign university, preferably in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related fields.
- Fresh graduates or entry‑level candidates with no prior banking experience.
- Excellent written and spoken English with strong business communication and presentation abilities.
- High learning agility, strong problem‑solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced corporate banking environment.
