Food Server

About the role

The Food Server position at Panorama Hotel is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Yangon, Myanmar. You will be the front‑line ambassador for guests, ensuring a welcoming dining experience through attentive service and professional presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, present menus and take accurate food and beverage orders.
• Serve meals and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation.
• Set and clear tables, keep the dining area clean and organized.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to verify order accuracy and timing.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests and concerns throughout their visit.
• Process payments and manage billing as required.
• Follow all health, safety and hygiene regulations.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with a guest‑focused attitude.
• Basic knowledge of food‑and‑beverage operations and menu items.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with guests, colleagues and kitchen staff.
• Ability to stand for long periods, carry trays and work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Commitment to hygiene, food safety and adherence to hotel policies.
• Proficiency in English or the local language; additional languages are a plus.
