Fleet Manager

About the role

The Fleet Manager will be responsible for planning and overseeing the entire vehicle fleet, ensuring optimal maintenance, procurement, and compliance. This role requires coordination with vendors and internal teams to keep the fleet reliable and cost‑effective.

Key responsibilities

• Plan the yearly master plan for vehicle maintenance, including tire and battery replacements.
• Manage vehicle procurement and rental activities, handling sourcing, evaluation, and negotiation with vendors.
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance and repair activities to minimize downtime.
• Ensure timely servicing and repairs to maintain fleet reliability.
• Maintain compliance with regulations and industry standards, such as vehicle registration and licensing.

Required profile

• Any graduate (any degree accepted).
• Minimum of 3 years experience in fleet management or a related role.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure with effective time management.
• Strong organizational skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
