Finance Manager – Banking & Financial Services

About the role

The Finance Manager will lead PayMe Solution’s Finance & Accounting function, ensuring accurate reporting, robust budgeting, effective cash and treasury management, and strong financial controls across its fintech and business projects.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily finance and accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in line with applicable standards.
• Coordinate with external auditors, internal auditors, tax advisors and regulatory authorities.
• Establish and maintain financial controls to mitigate risks and errors.
• Lead the annual budgeting and financial planning process, develop forecasts and cash‑flow projections.
• Monitor actual performance against budgets and provide variance analysis.
• Manage the company’s cash position, liquidity, bank relationships and payment authorisations.
• Review project and tender financials, prepare budgets, cost estimates and profitability analyses.
• Support business units with financial modelling, investment analysis and strategic decision‑making.
