Field Team Manager

About the role

NIQ is seeking a Field Team Manager to lead and direct Retail Measurement Services (RMS) field operations across one or multiple countries. The role is responsible for the fiscal and operational performance of the field team, ensuring high‑quality, timely, and validated consumer data is delivered to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate field organization to meet data quality, timeliness, and compliance standards.
• Coach and develop leaders and associates, building a talent pipeline for future needs.
• Partner with local, regional and global stakeholders to align operational and business strategies.
• Provide fiscal planning, budgeting, and overall financial management for collection teams.
• Drive productivity, optimize resource allocation, and continuously improve organizational efficiency.
• Recruit, build, and retain a high‑performing, diverse field team.
• Ensure compliance with governance standards, personnel practices, and regulations.
• Conduct performance reviews and implement improvement programs.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience managing large, geographically dispersed teams.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and fiscal management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to develop talent and foster a collaborative culture.
• Track record of delivering operational excellence in data collection or similar fields.
