Executive, Brand Marketing

About the role

The Executive, Brand Marketing will support the development and execution of Carlsberg's brand, communication and market research strategies. You will coordinate daily marketing activities, collaborate with agencies and internal teams, and ensure brand performance meets growth targets.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in implementing brand, communication, market research, media planning and promotions strategies.
• Manage day‑to‑day execution of marketing campaigns, liaising with ATL, media, digital, PR agencies and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee project management, creative development, cross‑functional implementation, campaign tracking and reporting.
• Drive digital initiatives with agencies and media partners to enhance brand relevance on digital platforms.
• Collaborate with sales on e‑commerce initiatives to secure brand presence on key retailer sites.
• Co‑responsible for brand share and volume growth, A&P budgeting, and brand health tracking.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends and adjust marketing tactics accordingly.
• Report brand performance, manage expenditure, and ensure agency deliverables meet quality, cost and timeline expectations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related field.
• Proficient user of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical and communication abilities.
• Experience with data analysis and familiarity with MS‑Excel.
• Previous sales experience is a plus.
• Willingness to travel locally as needed.
