Executive Assistant to Head of YOMA F&B

About the role

We are seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high‑level administrative, strategic, and operational support to the Head of YOMA F&B. The role ensures efficient management of schedules, communications, and priority initiatives across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize the Head’s calendar, meetings, and appointments; prepare daily/weekly schedules and briefing materials.
• Act as the primary point of contact with internal and external stakeholders; screen, draft, and respond to emails and correspondence.
• Attend key meetings, take minutes, track action items, and prepare presentations, reports, and executive summaries.
• Support cross‑functional projects, coordinate with departments (Development, Business Development, HR, Finance, Operations, Marketing, Supply Chain), and track project timelines.
• Handle confidential information with discretion, maintain filing systems, and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Arrange travel, accommodation, and logistics; support event coordination and assist with budgeting and expense tracking.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Senior Administrative professional.
• Experience supporting C‑level or senior leadership; exposure to multi‑brand or corporate environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong presentation preparation abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
