About the role

We are seeking a dynamic ERP Solutions & Business Development Executive to lead the implementation of our Odoo ERP platform and drive new business opportunities. The role combines technical configuration with customer‑focused consulting and sales activities.

Key responsibilities

Configure, customize and deploy Odoo ERP solutions for client environments.
Deliver product demonstrations and comprehensive user training sessions.
Provide first‑level post‑implementation support and troubleshoot issues.
Analyse customer business processes and recommend appropriate ERP modules.
Prepare technical proposals and assist the pre‑sales team.
Identify, qualify and pursue new business prospects, following up with potential customers.

Required profile

Proven experience in ERP implementation, preferably with Odoo.
Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical audiences.
Sales‑oriented mindset with a track record of generating leads.
Self‑motivated, organized and able to work independently or as part of a team.
