Enterprise Sales Manager – New Business (Myanmar)

About the role
Better HR is looking for an Enterprise Sales Manager to lead new‑business acquisition for large organisations (300+ employees) in Myanmar. You will own the end‑to‑end sales process, from pipeline generation to contract signing and hand‑over to Customer Success.
Key responsibilities
- Generate and manage an outbound pipeline across manufacturing, banking, retail, hospitality, logistics and INGOs.
- Run the full sales cycle: discovery, stakeholder mapping, product demos, scoping payroll and workflow complexity, negotiation and contracting.
- Sell the complete Better HR platform (payroll, HRIS, recruitment, performance management) and expand accounts.
- Prepare proposals, tender responses and vendor security assessments with compliance support.
- Maintain a clean CRM and produce accurate forecasts for leadership planning.
Required profile
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience in Myanmar, including at least 2 years selling to enterprise accounts.
- Proven track record closing complex, multi‑stakeholder deals in software, SaaS, ERP, banking, insurance or professional services.
