About the role
Thanlyin Estate Development Ltd. is seeking a full‑time Electrical Engineer to join its on‑site team in Yangon. The role focuses on providing technical expertise for renovation and fit‑out projects across residential and commercial properties.
Key responsibilities
- Review design submissions for renovation and fit‑out works.
- Coordinate and consult with internal teams, clients, and contractors.
- Oversee daily operations of renovation and fit‑out activities.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on project progress.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with approved drawings, submissions, and method statements.
Required profile
- Minimum degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Hands‑on leader with strong communication, analytical, and computer skills.
- At least 3 years of experience in renovation, fit‑out, or A&A project management.
- Ability to successfully review design‑related documents.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
