Director of Sales – Multi-Property Hotels

About the role

The Director of Sales will lead revenue generation across three or more hotel properties, developing and executing sales strategies that maximize RevPAR and occupancy. This senior position requires travel between locations and close collaboration with revenue management and regional leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Create and implement unified or property‑specific annual sales and marketing plans.
• Manage, mentor, and evaluate on‑property sales managers or coordinators.
• Oversee high‑value corporate accounts, group travel contracts, and wholesale partnerships.
• Work with revenue management teams to analyze market trends and adjust pricing strategies.
• Control departmental budgets, track ROI on marketing spend, and report performance to regional leadership or owners.

Required profile

• Proven experience handling multiple hotel units, prioritizing tasks across different markets, and traveling between properties.
• Strong data analysis capabilities and familiarity with CRM and market intelligence tools.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills to align disparate operational teams with sales goals.
