Digital Solutions Consultant (B2B Sales)

About the role

We are seeking a driven Digital Solutions Consultant to join our growing team in Yangon. In this B2B sales position you will identify new business opportunities, manage client relationships and promote Fluxion Tech’s technology suite—including POS, loyalty, education platforms, PropTech and SaaS—to enterprise customers across Myanmar and the wider ASEAN region.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell Fluxion Tech’s products and services to prospective and existing clients.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target industries.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients, partners and stakeholders.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Act as first point of contact for product inquiries and coordinate with technical teams.
• Deliver tailored product presentations and demonstrations.
• Manage the end‑to‑end sales process from initial contact to deal closure.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
• Represent Fluxion Tech at industry events and client meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 2 years B2B sales experience in IT, software or technology.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in Myanmar and English.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build long‑term client relationships.
• Familiarity with the Myanmar business landscape is a strong advantage.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and able to work independently.

Required skills

• Understanding of enterprise software solutions, including SaaS, POS, IoT and logistics platforms.
• Experience using CRM tools to manage pipelines and sales activities.
