Digital Products & Innovation Senior Manager

About the role

The Digital Products & Innovation Senior Manager leads the Digital team in developing and launching new digital services and channels. Reporting to the Head of Digital & MFS, this role drives digital transformation, ecosystem growth, and strategic partnerships to enhance customer engagement and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of strategic partnership opportunities to expand the digital ecosystem.
• Identify, evaluate, and select digital services and platform features that deliver the strongest value proposition for users.
• Negotiate and structure partnership agreements in coordination with procurement, finance, and legal teams.
• Develop pricing strategies and obtain executive approval for new digital products and services.
• Secure regulatory approvals where required.
• Design and execute go‑to‑market plans, leading cross‑functional teams to launch digital initiatives.
• Oversee campaign planning to ensure optimal customer experience and revenue generation.
• Define functional specifications and user‑interface designs for high‑quality digital services.
• Collaborate with digital marketing, customer value management, and external providers to drive adoption.
• Monitor post‑launch performance, analyze KPIs, and implement corrective actions.
• Lead the Annual Operating Plan for digital services, setting budgets, KPIs, and performance targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading digital transformation and product innovation initiatives.
• Strong background in managing cross‑functional teams and complex projects.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute partnership and go‑to‑market strategies.
• Experience with digital ecosystems, micro‑lending credit systems, gamification, and customer onboarding.
• Excellent strategic planning, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
