About the role

AYA SOMPO Insurance is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of its digital marketing strategy. The role will drive customer‑centric digital initiatives, data‑driven marketing, and digital innovation to accelerate business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business and brand objectives.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives that enhance customer experience and marketing effectiveness across all digital touchpoints.
• Lead integrated digital campaigns across owned, earned, and paid media to boost brand awareness, acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Manage the digital ecosystem, including corporate websites, social media platforms, digital content, and emerging channels.
• Define campaign roadmaps, performance frameworks, and measurable business outcomes.
• Oversee website strategy, UX, SEO, content governance, and digital accessibility.
• Utilize customer insights, analytics, and market intelligence to optimize digital strategies.
• Collaborate with Brand, Communications, Sales, Product, IT and other internal teams.
• Manage relationships with agencies, media partners, technology vendors, and platform providers.
• Establish digital governance, marketing technology standards, and data‑privacy compliance.
• Monitor digital trends, AI technologies, emerging platforms, and consumer behavior.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development for the Digital Marketing team.
• Manage digital marketing budgets and resource allocation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
