Digital Marketing Executive – Social Media & Content

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Digital Marketing Executive to lead our social media and content initiatives. You will create engaging posts, short‑form videos, and manage paid campaigns while ensuring all assets reflect our brand identity.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and publish content on Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Telegram and Viber.
• Produce short‑form videos for TikTok, Facebook Reels and other platforms, shooting and editing with a smartphone or camera.
• Monitor TikTok trends and platform best practices to boost performance.
• Coordinate with the Graphic Designer and Marketing Manager to align content with branding and campaign goals.
• Launch, monitor and optimise Meta (Facebook) paid advertising campaigns.
• Manage product photo‑ and video‑shoots, working with designers, photographers and videographers.
• Update website content, collaborate with developers to keep pages accurate and user‑friendly.
• Track social media and digital marketing trends, conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Prepare regular performance reports and provide recommendations for ROI improvement.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product and external agencies to execute integrated campaigns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory; attitude, creativity and problem‑solving are essential.
• 1–3 years of experience in digital or social media marketing, or a strong portfolio for fresh graduates.
• Excellent communication in Myanmar language and basic English.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Good understanding of Meta Ads and major social media platforms.
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, TikTok Studio and Canva.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign performance.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
