Digital Banking Product Owner

About the role

The Digital Banking Product Owner will oversee the daily operation of mobile and internet banking services, ensuring smooth transaction processing and timely issue resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor mobile banking, corporate internet banking and related digital services, performing system checks and escalating disruptions.
• Coordinate with channel banking teams and vendors to investigate and resolve failed, pending, duplicate or disputed transactions.
• Support project planning, requirement gathering, integration testing (SIT/UAT) and production deployments for digital banking enhancements.
• Prepare and maintain SOPs, user guides, test records and technical coordination documents.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in digital banking, banking technology, payment systems or IT operations.
• Proven experience in system testing, incident handling, vendor coordination and project implementation.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of mobile banking, internet banking and core banking interfaces.
• Understanding of digital payment processes, transaction flows, settlement and reconciliation.
• Familiarity with SIT, UAT, defect tracking and change management procedures.
