Digital Account Executive

About the role

Z-wakaZ-waka is seeking a Digital Account Executive to own and operate client social media pages, primarily in the medical and healthcare sector. You will manage daily content, run paid campaigns, and ensure client satisfaction while respecting strict healthcare advertising rules.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of client and internal pages: content scheduling, posting, community management, and inbox response.
• Maintain strict compliance with patient privacy and healthcare advertising regulations.
• Plan, set up, run, and optimise paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and other platforms, controlling budgets and improving performance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for doctors, hospitals, and marketing teams, handling briefs, updates, and feedback independently.
• Prepare clear performance reports with actionable insights.
• Coordinate with content, design, and video teams to ensure accurate and timely deliverables.
• Own deadlines for campaigns, posts, and reports.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience managing social media pages for brands or clients.
• Practical experience with Meta Ads Manager (setup, targeting, optimisation, budget control).
• Detail‑oriented, double‑checking facts and spelling before publishing.
• Comfort working within advertising restrictions and client approval processes.
• Maturity and discretion handling sensitive health content.
• Ability to manage accounts independently and confidently.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Excellent organisational skills to juggle multiple pages and deadlines.
• Performance‑driven mindset focused on results.
