Digital Account Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Account Executive to own and operate client social media pages from daily content handling to paid media execution. The role focuses on medical and healthcare brands such as hospitals, clinics and diagnostics, and you will ensure all communications respect patient privacy and industry advertising rules.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of client and agency social media pages, including content scheduling, posting, community management and inbox response.
• Ensure medical content is accurate, approved by the client and compliant with privacy regulations.
• Plan, set up, run and optimise paid campaigns on Meta platforms, control budgets and adapt to health‑related advertising restrictions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for doctors, hospital marketing teams and other stakeholders, handling briefs, updates and feedback independently.
• Prepare clear performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate with content, design and video teams to deliver assets on time and with full accuracy.
• Meet all deadlines for campaigns, posts and reporting.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience managing social media pages for brands or clients.
• Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager (campaign setup, targeting, optimisation and budget control).
• Detail‑oriented mindset with a strong focus on fact‑checking and spelling.
• Comfort working within strict advertising and client‑approval processes.
• Maturity and discretion when handling sensitive health content and client information.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts independently and confidently.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong organisational skills and a performance‑driven attitude.
