Design & Sales Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Design & Sales Engineer to support daily design, sales, and operational activities for JP Solar Solutions. The role involves close interaction with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Support and execute daily design, sales, and operational tasks to maintain business flow.
• Manage sales administration, correspondence, documentation review, and project site monitoring.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to resolve technical and commercial issues.
• Prepare, update, and modify AutoCAD drawings and provide technical assistance as needed.
• Maintain effective communication with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.
• Prepare and manage sales documents such as certificates, test reports, contracts, and product information for presentations and project requirements.
• Track customer accounts, monitor outstanding payments, and ensure timely collection before processing new orders.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor of Engineering, preferably Electrical or Mechanical.
• 1‑2 years of experience in project or sales support.
• Ability to travel to project sites and work independently.
• Strong interpersonal skills for interaction at all organizational levels.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
• Experience with AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with Sketchup.
• Knowledge of Helioscope.
• Knowledge of PVsyst.
