Deputy Branch Manager (Meikhtila & Nyaung U Branch)

About the role

Myanmar Zarla Distribution Co., Ltd. is looking for a commercially focused Deputy Branch Manager to support profitable growth of its Meikhtila and Nyaung U branches. The role combines sales leadership with day‑to‑day operational oversight, ensuring disciplined execution, excellent customer service, accurate inventory, efficient delivery, and strong cash collection.

Key responsibilities

• Support branch revenue, volume, distribution and growth targets by translating regional sales plans into daily priorities and monitoring performance.
• Oversee customer engagement, needs analysis, solution presentation, negotiation and post‑sale account follow‑up to strengthen retailer relationships.
• Coordinate order entry, stock availability, picking, dispatch and last‑mile delivery, while managing inbound/outbound logistics and delivery exceptions.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies, maintain accurate CRM and ERP data, and ensure clean, traceable records.
• Monitor customer collections, remittances and outstanding balances, escalating overdue accounts as needed.
• Support territory segmentation, route coverage, and provide market, competitor and customer insights for regional decisions.
• Consolidate sales pipeline information, prepare reliable branch forecasts and collaborate with planning, warehouse and inventory teams.
• Monitor service quality, resolve complaints promptly and protect the company’s reputation.
• Supervise, coach and develop the branch team, acting as second‑in‑command and ensuring business continuity in the Branch Manager’s absence.

• Commercially focused professional able to drive profitable branch growth while ensuring disciplined sales execution, customer service, inventory accuracy, delivery coordination, cash collection and team performance.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM and ERP platforms for sales, inventory and customer data management.
