Delivery Incharge (M) – Logistics Management

About the role
The Delivery Incharge will manage daily delivery operations, supervise the delivery team, and ensure timely and accurate distribution of pharmacy products.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and oversee daily delivery activities.
- Package and verify pharmacy products for correct and on‑time dispatch.
- Maintain accurate delivery orders, invoices and records.
- Resolve delivery delays, missing items and customer complaints promptly.
- Collaborate with Warehouse, Sales and Customer Service teams.
- Report delivery performance and daily metrics to the manager.
Required profile
- At least 1–2 years experience in delivery or logistics.
- Strong team management and communication abilities.
- Good planning, coordination and problem‑solving skills.
- Attention to detail when handling pharmacy/healthcare products.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict timelines.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Word.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
