Customer Support Specialist (ERP Platform)

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to assist users of BOSS, our ERP and business management platform for small‑and‑medium enterprises. Based in Yangon, you will work on‑site with the Operations team, helping customers adopt the system, resolve issues and ensure smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, email and other channels.
• Guide users through BOSS workflows, modules (POS, Purchasing, Inventory, Accounting, etc.) and configuration settings.
• Perform basic technical troubleshooting, reproduce reported problems and collect relevant information.
• Escalate complex issues to QA or Engineering with detailed tickets.
• Support onboarding and training sessions for new customers, including data setup and user guide creation.
• Maintain accurate records in the ticketing system, categorize issues and follow up until resolution.
• Identify recurring problems and communicate patterns to the Product team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, Business, Accounting, Management or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer support, help‑desk, ERP or POS support.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
• Comfortable learning new software and investigating problems logically.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP or business management platforms.
• Basic technical troubleshooting (browser, network, device, data issues).
• Proficiency in using ticketing/support systems.
