Customer Service & Operations Associate

About the role

This position supports the Customer Service & Operations department of a leading logistics provider in Yangon. You will act as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, shipment coordination and ensuring smooth delivery processes.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate shipment bookings, delivery schedules and logistics requirements.
• Liaise with internal teams (Operations, Sales, Transport, Customs) to ensure seamless handling of shipments.
• Monitor shipments, provide status updates and prepare operational documents, quotations and reports.
• Arrange local transportation, trucking and delivery operations.
• Assist with customs clearance and freight forwarding documentation.
• Follow up with drivers, transport suppliers, customs brokers and warehouses.
• Handle customer complaints and work with relevant departments to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate records of customer and shipment information.
• Support continuous improvement of service quality and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks and maintain a positive attitude.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
