Customer Growth and Acquisition Senior Manager

About the role

The Customer Growth and Acquisition Senior Manager will own the end‑to‑end strategy for driving wallet adoption, expanding the active user base and increasing transaction volume. Reporting to the Head of Product & Services, this role combines digital marketing, data‑driven insights and cross‑functional collaboration to accelerate acquisition, activation and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the annual growth roadmap, targeting Monthly Active Users, transaction volume and revenue.
• Design and run digital and offline acquisition campaigns, optimizing Customer Acquisition Cost through retail, community and institutional partnerships.
• Map the full customer lifecycle, reduce onboarding drop‑offs, and implement automated communications, referral programmes and segmentation strategies.
• Develop and manage promotions, cashback and loyalty initiatives across SMS, push notifications, social media and ATL/BTL channels, measuring ROI and conversion funnels.
• Collaborate with product, technology, risk and compliance teams to launch new features, run growth experiments and create go‑to‑market plans.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading growth, acquisition or digital‑marketing programmes at a senior level.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate customer insights and market intelligence into actionable growth plans.
• Track record of managing multi‑channel campaigns and delivering measurable business impact.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across product, technology, risk and operations.
