Corporate Strategy Manager / Senior Manager

About the role

The Director of Business Excellence leads organisational performance across a portfolio of properties, translating corporate strategy into daily execution and ensuring consistent policy adherence.

Key responsibilities

• Establish, monitor and analyse operational KPIs across all properties to drive commercial profitability and service quality.
• Identify bottlenecks, cost‑inefficiencies and performance gaps, and implement targeted action plans.
• Direct rollout and strict adherence to group‑wide policies, SOPs and brand guidelines, conducting regular site audits.
• Standardise core workflows to ensure reliable delivery of group expectations.
• Conduct frequent property visits, provide operational guidance and mentorship to General Managers and department heads.
• Foster collaborative culture, facilitating knowledge sharing and best‑practice transfer between sites.
• Prepare and deliver high‑level performance dashboards, analytical reports and strategic reviews to the Board and executive committee.
• Represent group leadership during property‑wide launches and strategic alignment sessions.

Required profile

• 8‑10+ years of progressive leadership experience in multi‑property management, business transformation or operational governance, preferably in hospitality, real estate or multi‑unit retail.
• Proven track record of leading performance‑improvement initiatives and enforcing policy alignment across decentralized sites.
• Advanced presentation skills with experience presenting to C‑suite executives, boards or property owners.
• Outstanding stakeholder‑management and influencing abilities, capable of guiding site‑level managers.
