Corporate Sales Manager

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Corporate Sales Manager to lead our corporate sales team, expand our client base, and manage key relationships within the insurance sector. The role combines strategic planning, hands‑on client engagement, and team development to achieve ambitious sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and manage the corporate sales team to meet individual and collective targets.
• Set sales goals, develop action plans and monitor daily, weekly and monthly performance.
• Accompany sales staff on client meetings to support presentations, negotiations and deal closing.
• Provide on‑the‑job coaching and regular training during client appointments.
• Build and maintain a personal portfolio of corporate clients while generating new business opportunities.
• Conduct prospecting activities such as client visits, networking, referrals and business development.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline, ensure consistent follow‑up and support team members in pipeline management.
• Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline and performance reports for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and insurance regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in corporate sales, business development or relationship management.
• Valid Life Insurance License.
• Strong leadership, communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Analytical, decision‑making and problem‑solving skills with a proven record of meeting sales targets under pressure.
• Professional attitude and a customer‑service mindset.
