About the role

The Compensation & Benefits Unit Officer is responsible for overseeing payroll operations and ensuring that compensation structures comply with legal requirements. This role supports the HR team by maintaining accurate payroll records and providing timely reports for management review.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage payroll and compensation structures in line with applicable laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate payroll records, including salaries, deductions, allowances, overtime, leave, taxes, advances, transfers, and employee changes.
• Prepare payroll reports and supporting data for monthly salary calculations and management review.
• Monitor market trends, manage employee welfare programs, and maintain relationships with tax authorities.
• Ensure strict confidentiality of payroll information and continuously improve professional knowledge.
• Perform other duties assigned by the manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any field; HR or Business Administration preferred.
• Diploma or certificate in human resources management.
• Minimum two years of experience in a human resources function.
• Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Computer literacy.
