Communication & CSR Assistant Executive

About the role

The Communication & CSR Assistant Executive supports the planning and execution of corporate communications, internal events, and CSR initiatives at the group level, reporting to the Corporate Communications Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of CSR strategies, coordinate with internal departments, NGOs, partners and community representatives, and monitor performance against objectives.
• Assist the Corporate Communications Manager in planning and delivering corporate communications activities, internal communications, and employee engagement events.
• Prepare and follow up on departmental payment processes, maintain accurate records, reports, schedules, budgets and documentation related to communications, events and CSR activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in social studies or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in development or humanitarian programmes, with strong knowledge of working with local and international NGOs.
• Good understanding of CSR planning, budgetary controls and stakeholder coordination.
• Ability to lead, motivate and develop others.
