Clinic Supervisor

About the role

The International Rescue Committee (IRC) is seeking a Clinic Supervisor to provide technical support, competency‑based supervision, and capacity‑building for partner health teams in Myanmar. This position will oversee both mobile and static clinics, ensuring services meet IRC, MOH, WHO and MSF standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance and competency‑based supervision to partner medical doctors and nurses.
• Manage the IRC capacity‑building team and develop technical training plans.
• Ensure delivery of quality primary health care, reproductive health, and IMAM services according to established protocols.
• Conduct orientation sessions and on‑the‑job training for new staff.
• Monitor drug, medical, and reproductive health commodity stocks and forecast consumption.
• Lead mobile/static clinic teams and act as a medical doctor when needed.
• Implement infection prevention and control measures in fixed clinics.

Required profile

• Myanmar national.
• Experience in primary health care, reproductive health, and acute malnutrition programs.
• Proven ability to supervise and train health staff.
• Strong understanding of IRC, MOH, WHO and MSF clinical guidelines.
