Campaign Specialist

About the role

The Campaign Specialist will support the Marketing Communications team in planning, executing and monitoring brand‑building campaigns across multiple touch‑points. Working under the Campaign & Media Senior Manager, the role ensures that each campaign is delivered on time, within budget and meets the intended communication objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating end‑to‑end campaign communication activities and timelines.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (consumer, digital, B2B, mobile money) and external agencies to gather creative inputs and secure necessary assets.
• Prepare, review and distribute campaign scripts, visual materials and key visuals for approval.
• Monitor rollout progress, track launch dates and ensure all deliverables are executed as planned.
• Collect consumer feedback post‑campaign and relay insights to relevant teams for follow‑up actions.
• Support the measurement of brand equity, top‑of‑mind awareness and campaign effectiveness.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, brand communication or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree; additional certification or diploma in Marketing or Business Administration is preferred.
• Strong command of both Myanmar and English.
• Proven ability to work independently and within cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in multicultural environments.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Effective use of internet research and email communication tools.
