Business Intelligence Associate

About the role

As a member of the Data Analytics team at Proximity Designs, you will help deliver top‑tier analytics to support one of the world’s leading agricultural social enterprises. You will work alongside experienced teammates, integrating data systems, building automated dashboards and conducting advanced analysis that informs decision‑making across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Provide sophisticated, user‑friendly analysis for business units and teams upon request.
• Update queries and dashboards regularly to ensure accuracy and usability.
• Monitor data quality and consistency across multiple data sources and systems.
• Develop a deep understanding of the organization’s data collection methods and management procedures.
• Identify trends and deliver analytical support to business leaders based on granular‑level data.

Required profile

• Organized, detail‑oriented and able to manage workloads efficiently.
• Strong analytical mindset with practical understanding of statistical and database concepts.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and eager to learn independently.
• Collaborative team player open to feedback.
• Fluent in Burmese and English, both written and verbal.
• Passionate about using data analytics to drive impact for low‑income farming communities in Myanmar.

Required skills

• Dashboarding tools: Power BI or Tableau, including PowerPivot and DAX.
• Data cleaning and analysis using SQL, R or Python.
