Business Development Manager – Odoo ERP

About the role

Green IT Co., Ltd. is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth of its Odoo ERP solutions. Based in Yangon, you will expand the ERP customer base across enterprise, commercial and SME segments, building strong client relationships and delivering tailored business management systems.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for Odoo ERP across multiple industries.
• Generate leads, conduct meetings, product demos and presentations.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and commercial presentations.
• Collaborate with consultants and technical teams to design suitable ERP solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to project closure.
• Maintain sales pipelines, forecasts and customer records.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and achieve sales targets.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in business development, ERP sales or IT software solutions.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and business workflows.
• Experience with Odoo ERP preferred; familiarity with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics or Infor is a plus.
• Knowledge of finance, inventory, sales, HR, manufacturing and operations processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities.
