Breathe Free Educator

About the role

The Breathe Free Educator will demonstrate Cipla’s proprietary respiratory devices to doctors, clinicians, patients and other stakeholders. The role aims to increase awareness of correct usage techniques, support prescription decisions and drive regional device sales.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct on‑site demonstrations of Peak Flow Meters and Spirometers for doctors and patients.
• Visit doctors, chest physicians, general physicians, hospitals and clinics according to a tour plan.
• Prioritise daily doctor visits, provide training on device usage and interpretation of readings.
• Identify malfunctioning devices, record user complaints and escalate to the Product Manager.
• Organise and run Breathe Free clinics to educate patients on lung capacity and respiratory diseases.
• Liaise with medical delegates, vendors and chemists to gather market feedback and support device sales.
• Submit daily call reports and weekly summaries to track field activity and ROI.
• Provide diagnostic support using Peak Flow Meters and Spirometers to assist medical practitioners.

Required profile

• Experience in field‑based medical or pharmaceutical roles.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with healthcare professionals and patients.
• Ability to travel frequently and manage a daily visit schedule.
• Attention to detail for reporting device issues and market insights.
