Brand Manager – Yangon

About the role

The Brand Manager will develop, implement and optimise brand strategies that drive business performance, brand equity and customer engagement across all touch‑points. Reporting to the Assistant General Manager, the role aligns brand vision with growth objectives for Sisburma.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of the brand foundation and long‑term strategy.
• Prepare and submit quarterly brand strategy plans and monthly branding plans to the AGM.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand application across marketing, retail and customer experience.
• Develop and execute monthly and quarterly marketing plans with clear objectives, budget allocation and performance metrics.
• Assess market performance versus objectives and adjust strategies to drive brand growth and differentiation.
• Oversee all brand touch‑points, including digital platforms, packaging, social media, advertising, events and retail environments.
• Enhance the retail brand experience through visual merchandising and store branding in partnership with design and operations teams.
• Plan and manage media spend across channels, optimising budget efficiency and ROI.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in brand management or creative strategy.
• Strong understanding of fashion culture and trends.
• Excellent project management and communication abilities.
• Evidence‑based achievements linking brand initiatives to business performance.
• Proficiency with a wide range of marketing and analytics tools.
